When do they occur?

Many of us think that gastro intestinal problems like stomach aches, constipation, diarrhea andbloating occur due to over eating,eating junk food, changes in water and food habits due to travelling, etc. Gastro intestinal disturbances are often accompanied by fatigue and exhaustion, which interfere in day to day activities.
